The FMCSA continues to enforce strict random drug testing regulations in 2024. These policies are designed to ensure safety on our roadways by preventing drug and alcohol use among commercial truckers. Employers who comply in the DOT's Drug and Alcohol Testing Program must conduct random drug tests on their staff. Employers are required to select
